First of all, go to the order follow-up and click on the concerned order. Verify that it is not again delivered or presented. Assure you that the delivered place corresponds with the one you informed. If there is an irregularity and the deadline is passed, the Customer service will help you.
You can cancel or modify your order before the dispatch, in other words before 12h. For this, contact our Customer service as soon as possible.
Before an order, you can easily modify your addresses on your account page “my addresses”. If you already place an order, you can contact our Customer service to make a modification delivery or billing address before 12pm maximum. Beyond that, your order will be sent and any modification won’t be possible. The modification of your billing address will be noticeable only if it’s modified before the dispatch of your order.
When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the following information. Your order is prepared during the morning before 12pm. We don’t prepare or dispatch orders during week-ends or bank holidays.
